At RBR Infratech, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, our refund policy outlines the steps and conditions for returning electronic products.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
  • Refunds are only applicable to purchases made directly through rbrinfratech.in.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return – Contact our support team at support@rbrinfratech.in or submit a return request from your account dashboard.
  2. Return the Product – Ship the product to our designated return center. Ensure safe packaging to avoid damage in transit.
  3. Inspection & Approval – Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Refund Issuance – If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for refund unless they are defective.
  • Products with tampered warranty seals or missing accessories/manuals will not be accepted.
  • Software, batteries, consumables, and extended warranties are non-refundable once activated or opened.
  • Customized or special-order products cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the issue and product type.
